We hebben een goed verblijf gehad, met name dankzij de uitstekende service van het personeel. Een speciale dank aan Masoud en zijn collega van de housekeeping! Zij hebben onze kamers fantastisch verzorgd en het was er altijd heerlijk schoon. De schoonmakers doen zichtbaar hun uiterste best, maar de hoteleigenaar moet dringend gaan investeren. Hier zijn de belangrijkste aandachtspunten: • Verouderd interieur: Het stoffige tapijt in de kamers is echt aan vervanging toe. • Slecht onderhoud sanitair: Er zit schimmel op de kitranden in de badkamer. • Gebrekkige ventilatie: Er hangt een muffe lucht in de kamers en de roosters van de airco worden nooit schoongemaakt. • Onbegaanbare route naar de moskee: Hoewel het hotel dicht bij de moskee ligt, is de weg ernaartoe niet te doen. Je loopt in de brandende hitte constant in de vieze uitlaatgassen van auto's en brommers, wat erg onplezierig is. Kortom: het personeel verdient een pluim, maar de faciliteiten en de looproute schieten zwaar tekort voor deze prijsklasse.
