A decent budget-friendly 3-star hotel with a convenient location. The staff was polite and helpful, though the cleanliness and room amenities could use some improvement. Overall, an okay stay if you are looking for something close by at a reasonable price.

There are 18 floors. The elevators are usually very crowded, and the rooms are small. There are four beds in each room, so there is very little free space. The building is approximately 500 meters away from Masjid al-Haram in Makkah.

The hotel management and the rooms the agents and tour companies are providing is very poor. They keep asking us to go and sleep on different rooms even after paying them in advance for the full stay.

Extremely rude and mannerless staff. We had two rooms booked and specifically asked before booking that we will get room sides by side. But they were on different floors. Staff there is extremely unprofessional and rooms are congested. At prayer times, lift is not easily available because it is too small. They claim to be 500 meters from haram while i calculated and till mitaf it is 1.6 km. Not recommended at all

10 min walk to Haram entrance, not too far. Stayed here for Umrah. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Bedsheets were dirty and had stains. Reception staff were uninterested and unhelpful with issues. Wifi was poor, with frequent disconnections and very slow speed. Elevators were always crowded at all times.

Good Location, Close to Haram I stayed at Mather Al Jawhar Hotel in Makkah recently, and overall, my experience was good. The biggest advantage of this hotel is its excellent location. It is very close to Masjid al-Haram and the Kaaba, approximately 500–600 meters away, and it is also very near the Pigeon Square (Kabootar Chowk) area.Read more
The rooms were a little small and congested, and the elevators were also quite small, with a capacity of around six people at a time. During busy hours, you may have to wait for the elevator. However, if your priority is staying close to Haram and having an easily accessible location, this hotel is a good option. The convenient location makes it especially suitable for people visiting Makkah for Umrah. Overall, a good stay with a very convenient location near Haram. May Allah accept everyone's Umrah. Ameen. 🕋❤️

The only thing this hotel has going for it is the location, roughly 600 to 700 metres from the nearest Haram gate on the Ibrahim Al Khalil side, and the management knows it. That seems to be exactly why nothing else gets fixed. Be clear though, 600 to 700 metres is not a small distance to cover on foot, and the walk is not as easy as the number suggests.Read more
Travel agents in Pakistan market this hotel as being 250 metres from Haram. That is a complete lie. They bluff pilgrims who have no knowledge of the hotels in the vicinity of Haram, and the real distance is more than double what they claim. The terrain is steep, not smooth, and it realistically takes 10 to 15 minutes to reach Haram. During the day, in the scorching heat of Makkah, covering this distance is a hell of a task. Room service is not done daily. You have to call and ask, sometimes more than once. WiFi did not work during my stay. The lifts are tiny for an 18 floor building, and around prayer times you can wait 20 to 30 minutes just to get down. For anyone in a wheelchair, those lifts are another problem on top of the steep terrain outside. The food is another letdown. Quality is not good, there is no proper breakfast menu, and breakfast is not free, something most hotels in this class include as standard. Not recommended for eating here, you are better off at the restaurants nearby. Reception staff are unprofessional and simply not interested in guest problems. Raise an issue and you get a shrug. Management appears completely unaware of, or indifferent to, what guests staying here actually go through. Pilgrims book this place for the proximity and put up with the rest. That is not a reason to run a hotel this way. Not recommended for staying even for normal, able-bodied guests, and a big NO for wheelchair users. Book elsewhere, even if it means a slightly longer walk on flatter ground.

My experience at this hotel was extremely disappointing. During our 4-day stay, we were forced to change our room three times, which was very stressful and disturbing. When we returned from Madinah, we were given another room that was in a terrible condition. The room was extremely dirty. The bedsheets had not been changed and were clearly used. The pillows were also dirty.Read more
The refrigerator could not be opened because the bed was blocking its door. There was a very bad smell in the room, making it uncomfortable to stay there. The bathroom was in an unacceptable condition. The toilet flush was not working, and there was still human waste left in the toilet. The overall cleanliness and hygiene standards were extremely poor. This was one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had.

PATHETIC HOTEL, ROOMS ARE LIKE RAT HOLES, lifts are extremely conjussted and not designated for number of floors, anyone can get and call any elevator. Shifted us to a even pathetic room 2 days before our checkout. RUSHED us into shifting to the room within 30 mints.
