Two promises most booking sites don't put in writing.

Overbooking guarantee

If the hotel can't give you your room, we move you to a hotel of the same standard or better, as close to the Haram or closer. Or we refund you in full.

The view we showed you

If your room's view isn't the one we showed for that room type, we refund the difference to the room type you got. Where the hotel can move you to the right view, we ask for that first.

How we keep it

  • Every booking carries the hotel's own confirmation number.
  • We check it again with the hotel 72 hours and 24 hours before you arrive.
  • Our team in Madinah is alerted the moment a check fails.
