Location is very good only 4-5 minutes walk to Masjid Nabawi. Rooms are modern a d clean, Amazing for a 3* hotel. Bathroom and shower is modern and very clean. Breakfast is good but it gets busy after fajar prayer. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Hotellet er meget rent, moderne og yder en fantastisk service. Det er en fejl forresten at der står 1-stjernet hotel i google, det er et 4 stjernet hotel.

The hotel is really nice with very helpful and kind staff. Room is clean and comfortable. Especially Pervez Aslam, Hafeez, and Siraj. Breakfast is really yummy. The only thing it is a little bit of a walk to the ladies side of masjid nabawi but the men’s entrance was close by.

قريب من الحرم 3 دقائق لبوابة 365 للسور الخارجي وبوابة 37 الداخلية باب مكة حيث أنه يعد من أقرب المسافات للروضة كذلك، نسأل الله أن يتقبل منّا ومنكم صالح الأعمال

هذه زيارتي الاولى لفندق معين ماشاء الله الفندق مميز من ناحية النظافة ومعاملة الموظفين وميزة قربه للمسجد النبوي والهدوء واخص بالشكر الموظفة حليمة والموظفين علام وبايزيد كانا في قمة الاحترام والاخلاص بالعمل وان شاء الله لن تكون هذه زيارتي الاخيرة

Absolutely lovely hotel, everyone was so nice and friendly and you can see from every detail they make sure you are well taken care of. I was on the 5th floor and the housekeeping staff Sahin Alam was very very helpful and considerate likewise the staff. The location is perfect to cause its only a 5 mins walk from the Masjid Al nawabi + pharmacy near by + shopping mall at the bottom reliable prices + supermarket across the road and food available inside the hotel too ☺️

extremely uncomfortable The food was also very disappointing. For a hotel of this standard, I expected much better quality and variety. The room was another major problem. The نتورك connection was extremely poor and unreliable. The room had no natural light, and there was no proper view from the window. It was dark throughout the day, and you can’t see the sunlight or enjoy any view outside. The only good things the housekeeper were good and pleasant and restaurant staff also friendly but the food wasn’t good. For the price and reputation of this hotel, I expected a much better experience. Unfortunately, the poor reception service, disappointing food , and dark room with no view made my stay very unpleasant. I would not choose to stay here again

Très déçu par cet hôtel, surtout au regard du prix payé. Le rapport qualité-prix est vraiment très mauvais. Le personnel est particulièrement désagréable, peu souriant et pas du tout accueillant. Ce n’est absolument pas ce que j’avais réservé. Le petit-déjeuner est également très décevant : qualité médiocre, une file d’attente interminable pour les œufs au plat, café Nescafé et pain qui semblait dater de la veille. Pour un hôtel affichant de tels tarifs, on est clairement en droit d’attendre beaucoup mieux. Bref, je ne recommande pas cet hôtel. À ce prix-là, il existe de nombreux établissements offrant un meilleur service, de meilleures chambres et une qualité de petit-déjeuner bien supérieure.

Honestly it’s a very lovely hotel. It’s quiet and clean. Staff are very friendly as well. It is close to the mosque. Best part is that it has a shopping center in the basement which is accessible directly from the elevators. A very nice environment. Highly recommend for your stay. We stayed 5 days and I will give them 11/10!!!!

i got a 4 bed room with my sisters and mom and ya Allah i swear to God the moment i opened the room my lip directly say Alhamdulillahirabbil’alamin but in a second i was SHOCKED we heard “ekhem” from inside the room astaghfirullah, there was still a cleaning service inside 😭 but still alhamdulillah he was all done with the room and it was even BETTER i love the blue interior!Devamını oku
all clean and beautiful even the bathroom was very modern design, theres a mini fridge too and iron with the table, God i just wish to be back there but sadly the hotel was only close to male’s shaf and kind of far from the female’s shaf

مواقف الفندق بقيمة غاليه جدا مقارنة بالفنادق الثانيه ولا يوجد نظام لحساب الساعات ويتم الحساب بشكل يدوي ودائما لا يحسبونه بشكل صحيح وبوابة الدخول دائما عطلانه ويجب الانتظار لحين الاصلاح للدخول. كانت من اسوء الاقامات في هذا الفندق ..

We had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. We booked a Standard Twin Room through Booking.com, but when we arrived, we were given a disabled-accessible room without being informed in advance. The room was not the room features we had expected based on our reservation and the pictures displayed on Booking.com.Devamını oku
When we contacted the hotel reception and asked for a room change, we were told that they could not help us because we had booked through Booking.com. They directed us to Booking.com instead and claimed that there were no other rooms available. However, after further discussions, our room was eventually changed. I want to ask: if there were supposedly no rooms available, how was it possible to change our room afterward? Instead of taking responsibility and trying to resolve the issue from the beginning, we were sent back and forth between the hotel and Booking.com. Unfortunately, the second room we were moved to was also disappointing. Although it was supposed to be a non-smoking room, there was a very strong smell of cigarette smoke. We could also hear an excessive amount of ventilation noise from outside. Overall, we were not satisfied with the service at all. We came here for worship, not to spend our time arguing about a room that didn’t match what we had booked. 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

Great stay overall with no real complaints! The establishment is very clean, and the breakfast was good. The only slightly odd thing was that the bathrooms didn't have shower doors, but it wasn't a major issue. A special shoutout to the housekeeping team on the 12th floor—Mohammed Saiful and Abul Bashar were fantastic, super efficient, and incredibly friendly. Thank you for the great service!

Everything was okay however the staff at reception were not very helpful and rude. Tried to check in 4am on the same date the hotel was booked for but they refused the check in time even though check in time was from 4pm. We booked in for the 13th September yet they did not provide was with breakfast (6am-10am) even though it was included in the hotel booking. Also the check out time is 2pm yet they told us at 12:30pm to check out. Thanks

During our visit to Medina, we stayed at this hotel for 3 days, as arranged by Toprak Tourism. We were quite satisfied with the service. However, there was a specific detail in the hotel that caught my attention. The brand used for the toiletries—including the hair, body, and hand soaps—is at the very top of the boycott list.Devamını oku
The main reason this brand is boycotted is its long-standing collaboration with those who support the oppression of Muslims. Honestly, coming to these holy lands to worship and seeing such a lack of sensitivity on this matter deeply saddened and disappointed me. I expect us Muslims to be much more careful and conscious about this issue. I hope the management does not simply read this and ignore the situation when they see it.
