We had a wonderful stay at Grand Plaza Badar Al Maqam! The location is excellent, just a short walk from the Prophet’s Mosque (Al-Masjid an-Nabawi), which made it very convenient for daily prayers. The rooms were clean, comfortable and well-maintained. However, the bathrooms could use some renovation and modernization. They were incredibly friendly, attentive and helpful throughout our stay. They regularly checked on us to make sure everything was fine, took care of all our requests and ensured that our room was always clean and tidy. Their hospitality truly made a difference! One thing to keep in mind is that the elevators can get very crowded, especially around prayer times. You should allow extra time and be prepared to wait patiently. Overall, a great hotel with an excellent location and fantastic staff. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend it!

للأسف الفندق لا يوجد لديه مصداقية من ناحية الموقع فوضع موقع لفندق آخر حتى يكون أكثر جذب ولذلك حجزت فيه وندمت أشد الندم ..من المسؤول عن هذا الخطأ فيا ليت تصحيح الخطأ .

Rooms were not cleaned properly. Not restocked on things properly. The Ac was not working even though we called for maintenance but they kept saying its working. Took whole night just for room to be pleasant not fully cooled. The only good thing about the hotel is the location. The reception guy was also not friendly.

Amazing hotel, so close to the Haram entrance and near many places to eat, 10/10 cleaning service from Mr Khan who was very kind and helpful, directing us to doctors while we were sick, always there when we needed his help and always going above and beyond, absolutely recommend

Very poor room service, room doesn't get cleaned even thou you put the sign to clean. Had to keep phoning reception for fresh towels, toilet paper and cleaning of room. Looks very under-staffed therefore service is always delayed. Wouldn't recommend them

تجربه ممتازة جدا .. الغرفه كانت ثلاثيه جدا نظيفه وكذلك دورة المياة نظيفه .. والخدمات من تنظيف و استجابه الاستقبال ممتازة جدا .. قريب جدا من الحرم مشي يمكن ٥ دقايق وقريب من بوابه النساء 883 اللي تدخل ع باب عثمان بن عفان المصلى النسائي .. قريب الفندق من اسواق و محلات و مطاعم ب جاهز كنت اطلب .. العيب الوحيد هو سعر الافطار غالي عالشخص الواحد ١٥٠ ريال ..Devamını oku
و اكثر من مره سالنا عن الغدا قالو مافي فقط فطور .. وممنوع يطلع اي تطبيق توصيل لازم انت تنزل و تاخذ طلبك . والكافيه لازم طلبك ٤٠ ريال وفوق حتى يجيك للغرفه .. في دور للمطعم وشفت العشا بوفيه مفتوح و متنوع .. ساكرر الحجز فيه باذن الله المره القادمه .. اشكر موظفي الاستقبال و العاملين جدا خدومين و محترمين

This is the worst hotel we have ever stayed at.The rooms air conditioning doesn't work, the mattresses were hard felt like we were sleeping on rocks, pillows extremely uncomfortable.Bathrooms had mould.Shower area had green Mould.Elevator was a mess.It got us late for all our prayers, we had to wait for 15 minutes for elevator to come.We were on 7th floor and twice we had to take stairs to get to the mosque.. Crowded hotel.I would not recommend it to anyone.

This is my second time stayed at this hotel. We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The hotel has recently been refurbished, and the new furniture and beautiful room decor made the room feel fresh, comfortable, and welcoming. The room was very affordable and offered great value for money. The location was also excellent, especially as it is conveniently located near the mosque nabawi.Devamını oku
The breakfast comes with plenty of food choices and many delicious options to enjoy. A special mention to Hasan for his excellent service. He was very helpful and made our check-in and check-out processes smooth and hassle-free. We truly appreciate his assistance and friendly service. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay and would definitely come back to this hotel. Highly recommended!

Parking is a chaos at the hotel as the basement is shared by 4 hotels and it's really had to get into and out of the parking as there is only one lift in each hotel that Leeds to parking

Very close to ladies prayer area just 2 mins walk. U Walk straight to gate 338. Stay very friendly and professional. Front desk lady (Thuraya) very supportive.

Staff was very cooperative, Miss Thuraya, Hannadi and Aisha very excellent in communication and services. From bell boy to cleaning staff, everyone was excellent. Rooms were clean and spacious. Breakfast was good with planenty of options.

I recently stayed at Grand Plaza Badr Al Maqam, and unfortunately, the overall experience was quite poor. I would not recommend this hotel and, personally, I would avoid staying here again. The elevator wait times were ridiculous, both from the rooms and in the lobby. This became especially frustrating when trying to resolve issues with the hotel.Devamını oku
I requested to change rooms three separate times because there was little to no mobile reception in my room. Each time, I was simply told to come back the following day. With the long waits for the elevators and the lobby, I eventually became tired of repeatedly chasing this up. Nobody from the team ever followed up with me, and the issue was never properly addressed. The customer service was also very poor. Something as simple as requesting housekeeping could take 30–45 minutes, and on some occasions it was difficult or impossible to even get through to reception. Unfortunately, the reception staff came across as quite arrogant and seemed to have little interest in actually assisting guests. Although the hotel has apparently undergone refurbishment recently, the rooms still felt unfinished. Carpets were loose, sockets and lamps were loose, and the glass-top tables were also unstable. With a toddler, I found some of these issues particularly concerning as they could potentially pose a safety hazard. The breakfast buffet was also disappointing. The selection was essentially the same every day, and much of what was being served felt more like lunch than breakfast — nuggets, shawarma, curries, etc. There was very little variety during our stay. I do want to give credit where it is due: the cleaning staff on the 8th floor were excellent. They were always friendly, helpful and willing to assist, and they were by far the best part of the hotel's service. Paired with the close proximity to the Masjid. Unfortunately, the positives were outweighed by the poor customer service, long elevator waits, room issues and lack of attention to guest concerns. Overall, I would not recommend Grand Plaza Badr Al Maqam. Pay a little more and stay at a more established hotel.

We booked two rooms (1215 and 1218) at Grand Plaza Badar Al Maqam. Unfortunately, when we checked in, we noticed several maintenance issues that should have been fixed before assigning the rooms to guests. Room 1215 had multiple problems, including a broken door lock, a leaking faucet, a loose toilet paper holder, a faulty bedside light, and recurring key card issues.Devamını oku
The biggest problem in both rooms (1215 and 1218) was that almost all of the electrical outlets were not working. In one room, they replaced only one outlet, but the rest remained unusable. The service was disappointing. The front desk staff did not seem concerned about resolving our complaints, and responses were slow. We also had repeated issues with our key cards not working, forcing us to go back and forth from the 12th floor to the reception multiple times, which was very inconvenient. On the positive side, complimentary bottled water was provided, the hotel is in an excellent location just a short walk from Masjid An-Nabawi (Gate 338), and the housekeeping staff were friendly, helpful, and supportive throughout our stay. I recommend that the hotel inspect all rooms for both major and minor maintenance issues before assigning them to guests and respond more promptly when guests report problems. Despite the issues, it’s not a bad hotel overall because of its excellent proximity to Masjid An-Nabawi, but the customer service and room maintenance need significant improvement.

الخدمة أقل بكثير من المستوى اللي كنت أتوقعه. المصاعد مزدحمة على طول، والموظفين ما يعطون اهتمام لكلام النزلاء ولا يحلون المشاكل، والتجربة بشكل عام كانت مخيبة للآمال جدًا. هذي كانت أول مرة أنزل في هذا الفندق، وأكيد بتكون آخر مرة. وما بارجع ولا بنصح فيه أي حد أبدًا
