My family always stays at the Intercontinental due to its proximity to the mosque and the hotel's service. During our current trip we stayed in the Diplomatic 2 Bedroom Suite Room 1260. The room was quite spacious at over 1700 sq ft. I had issues with the restroom which the housekeeping team resolved rite away.Devamını oku
The supervisor Abu Jafor helped my grandmother's concerns to assist and make the restroom accommodating for elderly. The housekeeping staff, Abdul Hamid, Sojib and Monir did a great job cleaning the suite. The hotels breakfast is great with a great variety of items and I would highly recommend. With fresh juices, omelette corner, fresh waffles, pancakes etc. But after coming back from the Fairmont Makkah, the service at breakfast is not good at all and I am not impressed with the service provided. Also would like to thank the guest experience manager Mohammed Al Blooshi for making my family's experience better by offering us a welcome gift. He was very helpful during our stay. Would always recommend Intercontinental Dar Al Iman to all travelers.

One of the best hotel I stayed in my entire life the food, the ambience, the location the staff, the breakfast, all top-notch 10 on 10. I never got late for any Salah because it’s right in front of Haram.

Everything was more than expected. Housekeeping Hussein Alam Jabr took care of our room in the most friendly and professional manner. F&B staff braught us up a breakfast tray for my sick wife who couldnt attend the open buffet breakfast.

إقامتي في فندق دار الإيمان إنتركونتيننتال بالمدينة المنوره كانت جدًا جميلة، الفندق مريح وموقعه مميز يتميز بقربه من المسجد النبوي ومن بوابات النساء ، وخدمتهم ممتازة وكل شي فيه يخليك تستمتع بإقامتك. لكن بصراحة الموظفه بشاير من علاقات الضيوف لها بصمة خاصة في التجربة ❤️ أسلوبها راقٍ، وتعاملها جدًا لطيف وتحس باهتمامها من قلب.Devamını oku

The hotel exceeded our expectations in so many ways, and we would like to express our heartfelt thanks to the entire team for their outstanding hospitality, kindness, and professionalism. A very special mention must go to Mr Md Abbas, who was exceptionally helpful in arranging an early check-in for us at 5:00 am. Having arrived after a tiring flight, we were exhausted and desperately needed a room to rest. His kindness and willingness to accommodate us at such an early hour were nothing short of a blessing. We were genuinely amazed and deeply grateful for his understanding and assistance. His actions made such a positive difference to the beginning of our stay, and we cannot thank him enough. The location of the hotel is simply unbeatable. It is literally less than a 30-second walk from stepping into the compound of the Prophet Muhammad’s Mosque (peace and blessings be upon him). For my wife and me, this was an incredible convenience and made visiting the mosque so easy and comfortable throughout our stay. The proximity is particularly special for anyone visiting Madinah for Umrah or Ziyarah. Our room was spotless, comfortable, and cleaned thoroughly every day. We also appreciated the thoughtful gesture of fresh fruit being provided every other day, which added a lovely personal touch to our experience. The breakfast was excellent, with a wonderful variety of items to suit different tastes. A special thank you goes to Azhar in the restaurant, who was always extremely friendly, welcoming, and attentive. His exceptional karak chai became a highlight of our mornings! His warm smile and consistently pleasant service made breakfast even more enjoyable. What truly sets this hotel apart is not just its fantastic location and comfortable facilities, but the people who work there. Every member of staff we encountered was exceptionally polite, friendly, and helpful. Their genuine hospitality made us feel welcome and well cared for throughout our stay. Thank you to Mr Md Abbas, Azhar, and the entire hotel team for making our four nights in Madinah so memorable. Your kindness and excellent customer service will not be forgotten. We would wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Madinah. My wife and I will definitely be returning, Insha’Allah. May Allah bless the entire team and reward them for their kindness, generosity, and wonderful hospitality. A truly memorable stay, an outstanding location, and service from the heart. Five stars without hesitation!

Besonders gut hat uns auch das Restaurant gefallen. Das Essen war sehr lecker, die Atmosphäre angenehm und der Service ausgezeichnet. Das gesamte Personal war freundlich, aufmerksam und immer mit einem Lächeln für uns da. Wir haben uns während unseres gesamten Aufenthalts sehr wohlgefühlt. Die Gastfreundschaft und der hervorragende Service haben unseren Aufenthalt zu etwas Besonderem gemacht. Ein herzliches Dankeschön an das gesamte Team!
