المكان جميل جداً و تعامل الموظفين ممتاز و خدمات المطعم جميل ، يوجد افطار و مطعم و الطعام جميل جداً و انصح به و الغرف مرتبة و نظيفة و السرائر مريحة ونظيفة و موقع الفندق قريب من الحرم و اطلالة المطعم على الحرم

Amazing stay here.Thank you sooo much to Wael who upgraded us to the new modern room, it was just perfect. Our stay here was so so convienient to Masjid Nabawi.literally a 5 min walk.Its gate 303 so the visit to Rawdah is easier too.plus a free shuttle bus for ladies to go and pray. I would recommend this hotel to all travellers. Its clean its nice and the staff are so so helpful.Devamını oku
Breakfast was good,maybe a few more options would be nice its very basic but set out nicely. I will defo return here in the future.

An average hotel. Very aged. Lifts, corridors and rooms all need major renovation. Rooms are quite small especially the bathrooms. Staff aren't very helpful. You have to actually approach them instead of the way around. Only decent things about the hotel are the following. Location, breakfast and the shopping mall opposite.

I had the Best Experience in Madinah with Crowne Plaza. From Hotel Location to rooms comfort every thing was perfect All staff was very welcoming specially Mr Muhmmad Sajid Shekh as he made sure our every requirement is being fulfilled. He was there for us for our every need and supported us in every way he can. I would definitely will be coming back to stay in Crowne Plaza next time in sha Allah

J’ai séjourné à cet hôtel par le biais d’une agence. Je n’ai malheureusement pas été satisfaite. Service de chambre le matin non réalisé. Pas de dépôt de bouteille d’eau. L’hôtel n’a pas un niveau de propreté suffisant. Cela m’a suffit pour mon séjour, car j’avais un toit sur la tête, hamdulilah. Sinon, le personnel de la réception sont très gentils et aidants.

WALLAHIL3ADHIM 👎🏼😱😡 A 5-star hotel? Where are the 5 stars?! !!! This is the worst hotel I have ever seen in my life. I honestly doubt the other reviews are real—it’s just not possible. The bathroom is terribly designed. There is no door, so when you shower, water spills all the way to the toilet, and that’s after barely 30 seconds. The soundproofing is HORRIBLE.Devamını oku
You can hear everything—literally everything. Be warned: you can even hear the neighbor snoring, that’s how poorly insulated it is. The bed is ridiculously uncomfortable; it's tiny—really, really small. The room is so small you feel completely cramped inside; it feels like a prison cell.
