I stayed in Room No. 619 for eight days, and I had a very pleasant experience. The hotel’s location is excellent and very convenient. I would especially like to appreciate Alamin, Yousuf, Emon, and Sobuz for their excellent housekeeping service. A special thanks to the staff—they were extremely polite, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile. The check-in and check-out process was smooth and hassle-free. Extremely disappointing experience, poor service and room maintenance Very disappointing experience at Al Safwah Towers 3. The check-in process was extremely poorly handled. The staff initially said there was no reservation under my booking number, and it took around an hour to finally complete the check-in. The room also had serious issues with the shower and water heater.Devamını oku
I contacted the hotel multiple times, but assistance was significantly delayed. Eventually, maintenance came at around 3:00 AM, but the issue still could not be fixed. The room was eventually changed, but only after most of the stay had already been affected. Instead of spending time on my religious activities, I had to keep going back and forth with reception, housekeeping and maintenance just to get basic services that should have been working from the beginning. For a hotel in such a prominent location, I expected much better service, coordination and room standards. Very disappointing experience. Management seriously needs to review the level of service being provided to guests.

I had a very disappointing and upsetting experience at the hotel restaurant. I went to have breakfast and told the staff member my room number. However, he did not allow me to enter. I also showed him my room card to confirm that I was a hotel guest, but he still refused to let me in.Devamını oku
My family was already sitting inside the restaurant, but because of this staff member, I was unable to have breakfast. The situation caused me significant stress, and I became unwell afterward. Unfortunately, because of this incident and my condition, I was unable to perform my Umrah as planned. This was extremely upsetting, especially while staying in Makkah for Umrah. I expect the hotel management to investigate this incident and take appropriate action so that other guests do not face the same problem.

I had a booking at Al Safwa Hotel – Third Tower, and I was given Room 738. From the moment I arrived, I found this hotel to be one of the closest hotels to the entrance of Masjid al-Haram, literally just a few steps away. In my experience, accessing this hotel was much easier than the Clock Tower, especially during busy prayer times. The hotel itself is luxurious, and the rooms are beautifully furnished, comfortable, and well-maintained. A special mention goes to the room service provided by Shamim and his supervisor, Habib. Their service was absolutely marvelous, and I would honestly give them 10/10 for their professionalism, kindness, and excellent service. The breakfast buffet was another highlight. It offered a huge variety of food, and everything was very enjoyable. I especially recommend this hotel to anyone travelling with elderly family members or people who have difficulty walking long distances. I came here with my mother, who has difficulty walking, and the hotel's extremely convenient location near the Haram entrance made a huge difference for us. 100% recommended! May Allah call me to Makkah many more times, and whenever I return, I would definitely prefer to stay at this hotel again. JazakAllah Khair to the entire team for making our stay so comfortable and memorable. ❤️

Hotel is very nice. Rooms and service all good. Wifi does not work inside the room and sometimes even the sim signals are not good inside the room which is very annoying. 4 star because of that.
