Rooms are spacious! Especially for 4 bedders like ours,super room friendly! Services are fast(fast check-in, fast housekeeping) Restaurant food are excellent!! Great friendly and warm welcome by restaurant staff are efficient, especially dinner waitress,Anifah whom will cater 8 sits for our family while its almost full house. The table is always well maintained as restaurant regulation while we are dining in by Anifah. We would like appreciate her for our dinner experience.

Every detail contributed to making the experience comfortable, pleasant, and memorable. The food was another highlight, especially the authentic Moroccan cuisine. The traditional Moroccan Harira soup, delicious chicken pastilla, and flavorful fish pastilla were outstanding, offering a wonderful taste of Morocco with beautiful preparation and attention to detail. Kalabalık artınca kahvaltıda daha özenli daha güzel etler çıkmaya başladı. Kalabalık değilken de daha çok özenebilirsiniz bu gözümden kaçmadı. Margarita pizza yapar mısınız dedim geri çevirdiler. 5 yıldızlı otelde böyle bir şey beklemiyordum. We don't have it diyip geçiştirdiler. Hiç hoş değil.Baca lagi
Ayrıca portakal suyu rica ettiğimde çok uzun süre bekledik ve gelmedi, tekrar rica etmek zorunda kaldım. Lütfen umre için gelen insanların sözünü ikiletmeyin. Umre yoğunluğunda kusursuza yakın bir hizmet bekliyorum. Ayrıca Medineye otobüs kaldırıyormuşsunuz. Check in zamanında söyleyebilirdiniz hiç haberimiz olmadı. Olsaydı ücretsiz otobüsl Medine'ye geçiş yapardım. İletişim becerilerinizi geliştirmenizi şiddetle öneriyorum. Aslında 5 yıldız vermeyecektim, 4.5 olsa 4.5 verirdim. Hizmet için 3 puan veriyorum. Konum Harika. Odalar da süper.

A wonderful hotel with spacious, comfortable, clean, and modern rooms. The bathrooms are beautifully designed and excellent. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, from reception to the bellboys and doormen, making the entire stay a pleasure. The breakfast buffet was excellent, offering a wide variety of options to suit everyone. The location is also a major plus, just a 5-minute walk from the Haram. I would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!
