An excellent stay at the Swissôtel Makkah! A high quality hotel, ideally located near the Holy Mosque Al-Haram. The rooms are comfortable, the service is up to par and the staff is welcoming and professional. A very beautiful experience, combining luxury, comfort and spirituality. I highly recommend this hotel and will return with great pleasure, إن شاء الله. 🤲🕋

Extremely disappointed with the hotel’s treatment of my parents. Despite clearly stating in the booking that I wouldn’t be the main guest and that I share the same name as my family, they refused to let my parents check in. They are elderly and sick, and this situation caused them unnecessary stress. A complete lack of understanding, compassion, and professionalism. Absolutely unacceptable. The hotel seriously failed to demonstrate basic hospitality, understanding, and respect for its guests.

My experience at the Swissotel Makkah has been amazing. The staff are very friendly and respectful. Especially the legend that is Mohammed Manaa! He has been such great help with room service and attending to our needs whenever we need him. Our stay has been that much better with his awesome service. Thank you Mohammed Manaa!

الفندق سيئ ولا يوجد لديهم مصداقية ، صور الغرفة في البوكنج مطلة على الكعبة وفي الواقع غير ذلك مطلة على شرفة ما تشوف شي، ولما سألت موظف الاستقبال ليش تحطون صور غير صور الغرفة قال هذي صور عامة ، طيب انا ايش يدريني انها صور عامة، انا استأجرت عشان الاطلالة اللي شفتها في الصور،صراحة انصدمت ان فندق بهذا الحجم يستغفل الناس،ولا اعتقد ان بوكنج يوافق على هذا ، لا انصح به ابدا،،، يوجد فنادق افضل منه بنفس السعر واطلالة على الكعبة مباشرة ويوجد لديهم مصداقية وذمة وامانة.

I had a wonderful experience staying at Swissôtel Makkah. The hotel service was excellent, and I was especially impressed with the housekeeping team. The rooms were kept clean, fresh, and comfortable, and the staff were always polite, attentive, and helpful. We stayed at Swissotel Makkah for 3 nights. All personnel were very cooperative and helpful. Our room cleaning, room service, restaurant all were up to a great level. Mentionable, Mr. Amjad Kamal and Mr Saiful Islam provided wholehearted support throughout our stay. Rather, our stay was comfortable because of their care and support. I will definitely visit this facility again.

The staff are extremely friendly and helpful, always ensuring the rooms are clean. 10/10 housekeeping, especially Mukthr who was a superb member of staff. I stayed in room 506 during my stay and would come back!

Stay was excellent.room 2329.special thanks m.r nuskan his warm welcome and outstanding help. he made our chek_in quick and easy and went out of his way to make sure we were completely satisfied.
