Hôtel trop beau, proche de masjid nabawi. Les chambres sont spacieuses, super propres avec des équipements neufs. Les personnels sont super gentils , spécial remerciement à SALAH, qui était toujours souriant, trop serviable et à l'écoute.Merci encore Salah!

The staff are really nice and pleasant at this hotel. At breakfast time, we met a very welcoming and smiley Tareq Husein and Saleh who were very hospitable, offered us tea and coffeee and if we required any assistance.

A special thank you to Brother Shamim and Redoy in the restaurant for their excellent service, and to Rayham and Irpan from the housekeeping team for being so helpful, attentive, and ensuring everything was taken care of. Their kindness and dedication really made our stay extra special. The hotel is also in a great location, close to the masjid, with a wide range of shops nearby, making it very convenient for guests. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend Valy Al Madina Hotel to anyone looking for comfortable accommodation, great service, and a convenient location. We would happily stay here again! Thank you to the entire team for making our stay so enjoyable.

Staff in the Breakfast section, very very friendly. They’re asking me all the time do I want anything extra and that They are very polite, very kind and hard working people I was there for only for 4 days In Medina The waiter, his name is Tarekul Islam ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Ridley shamim ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ tarek ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ This is a most wonderful people I’ve ever met in this hotel. Really enjoyed the restaurant at this hotel. The buffet had plenty of choice and everything we tried was very good. Service was quick and welcoming as well. Tareq Husain was especially polite and attentive throughout our visit. Overall, a very pleasant dining experience.

Thanks to Hesham for the quick check in process! The rooms, beds and hotel are very clean and comfortable. Great breakfast, lots of options. 10 min walk to masjid nabawi.
