Fantastic hotel. Located within the Haram inside the Clock Tower/Abraj Tower. Staff are very friendly, service is as expected of a decent 5-star chain. Staff at breakfast restaurant are very nice. I was served by Imaad an Indian guy. He was very caring, courteous and helpful.

I had a wonderful experience at Zamzam Pullman Makkah. The room service was excellent, and I would especially like to appreciate **Abdul Aziz ** for their outstanding service.
