تجربتي في فندق دار التوحيد كانت رائعة، وأتقدم بجزيل الشكر والتقدير للموظفين أحمد هزازي، وإياد تركستاني، وصفوان على حسن استقبالهم وكرم تعاملهم واهتمامهم الكبير براحة النزلاء. 🌹 كانوا في قمة الذوق والاحترام والتعاون، ولم يقصروا في تقديم الخدمة بكل رحابة صدر واحترافية، مما جعل إقامتي أكثر راحة ورضا. وجود موظفين بهذا المستوى يعكس رقي الفندق واهتمامه بضيوفه

We had a lovely experience at the morning breakfast buffet. The staff were very attentive and friendly and always cleared tables quickly. What really touched us was how kind they were to my daughter. One of the staff members, bellboy Irshad and Mr mourtaz noticed her and kindly brought her a colouring book and pencils, which made her very happy. The location of InterContinental Dar Al Tawhid Makkah is outstanding and ideal for Umrah, with direct walking access straight into the prayer area, which made our stay very convenient. Thank you to fo Mr mourtaz and bellboy Irshad their kindness and great service. We truly appreciated it. Highly recommended.

We stayed at Darul Tawid Makkah with family for 5 days in October. We had an amazing experience which we would like to share. From check in to check out the staff went out of the way to make our stay memorable. We enjoyed all the amenities at the hotel one of which was an elaborate breakfast. They are truly trained to look after people. 10/10 We were served by Ashraf, Mohamed, Walid, Etihad Mohammed Traibia. These people are absolutely fantastic. They deserve a gold medal. We were also impressed with the reception staff of Fahad, Ahmed Hazzazi, Hathim. They did everything possible & went beyond expectations. They are the real Ambassadors of IHG. No praise is enough for their service. I have known FAHAD for many years and I find him getting better & better. He deserves a leadership role. As for HATHIM he is a true asset. Ahmed Hazzazi has the perfect character for his role in guest relations. Thank you very. As for the hotel everything was wonderful. InshAllah we would like to return.
