- Le vendredi et pendant le Ramadan, certaines portes sont fermées en raison de l'affluence, et l'itinéraire d'accès peut changer.
- Dans la tour de l'Horloge, l'attente aux ascenseurs s'allonge aux heures de prière, surtout pendant le Ramadan. Prévoyez de partir un peu plus tôt.

- La vue change d'une chambre à l'autre, et les minarets masquent une partie de la Kaaba depuis certaines : le type de vue réservé compte.
- En période d'affluence, le ménage, la blanchisserie et le service en chambre peuvent tarder : demandez tôt.
- Aux heures de prière, il faut parfois attendre les ascenseurs de la tour.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! Everything was excellent, from the delicious food and great variety to the clean and comfortable room. The room service was outstanding, and I’d especially like to thank Tanveer Ahmad and Parvez for their excellent service and for keeping the room clean and well maintained.
