Over the years I have stayed at numerous hotels across the world but I must say that the level of cooperation and flexibility shown by this hotel has been truly exceptional. My travel plans changed several times and on every occasion the hotel accommodated my requests without any hesitation or inconvenience.Lire la suite
What impressed me even more was that upon check-in I informed them that we needed to shorten our stay by one night. Not only did they accept the last-minute change without any hassle but they also graciously agreed to refund the charges for the unused night. The room itself was absolutely fabulous and extremely spacious. It was beautifully maintained and offered a wonderful level of comfort which made our stay even more enjoyable. Such understanding and customer-centric service is rare to find in the hospitality industry. It is truly refreshing to come across a hotel that not only offers excellent accommodation but also values guest satisfaction over rigid policies. A big thank you to the entire team for making our experience so pleasant and hassle-free. This is the kind of hospitality that earns genuine loyalty and makes guests want to return.

Chambre avec vue exceptionnelle sur le masjid nabawi. A peine 10m en sortant et nous sommes à la porte 337 qui mène a l'entrée des femmes. Personnel au petit soin et ambiance tres agréable

دار التقوى ليس مجرد فندق من فئة ٥ نجوم، بل يمكن تصنيفه ضمن فئة ٧ نجوم من حيث المعاملة اللطيفة، والمرافق، والعناية بالنزلاء. كل طاقم العمل في منتهى الرقي والاحترام وعلى رأسهم الاخت رغد في الاستقبال التي تعمل على تذليل كل الصعوبات التي تواجه النزلاء.Lire la suite
تحية خاصة للسيد فهد شحاته مدير الفندق الذي يرسل تحية رمزية للنزلاء في ليلتهم الاولى كتعبير عن وجوده معهم إذا واجهتهم اي مشكلة، وهو تقليد رائع لم اجده في الفنادق التي نزلت فيها في مكة او المدينة او في اوروبا. الموقع استراتيجي امام باب 337 من الحرم النبوي ومواجه لأبواب النساء والرجال.

من افضل الفنادق من ناحية الغرف وخدمات الضيافة والطعام والاقرب على باب النساء باب الصحابي الجليل عثمان بن عفان رضي الله عنه شكرا ادارة وموظفي دار التقوى على الترحاب الاخت غدير حدا متعاون ومرحبة بالضيوف وصلنا قبل موعد الدخول ووجدنا سرعة في الاستقبال وتدبير الامور وكذلك الاخوة في مطعم الفندق والطباخين جدا رائعين ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

I want to extend a special thank you to the lady at the reception during my checkout. Her kindness in granting us a late checkout was greatly appreciated. It is exactly this kind of professional and accommodating attitude that keeps us coming back year after year! The only area that genuinely needs attention is the culinary experience. The breakfast buffet needs to be elevated to match the high luxury level of the hotel, as it currently falls short. Additionally, the lunch we ordered via room service also needs better care and quality control. Aside from the food, everything else about our stay was absolutely perfect. We look forward to returning soon!

فندق قريب من الحرم جداً وسعدت جداً بالاقامة في الفندق وشكراً على التعامل الراقي ونظافة الغرف والخدمة كانت على مستوى التطلعات. اشكر الموظفة / شهد حجوزات على تسهيل إجراءات الحجز والسيكورتي تركي المولد .

لو في اقل من نجمه كان حطيت تجربه سيئه وحرام فيكم الفلوس مانمت بسبب الازعاج وكذبتو عليا قلتو مافي ازعاج صوت الشارع كله عندي بالغرفه وازعاج ممرات والغرف ضيقه وحاطين مبلغ عالي فيها والمكيف يقفل ويفتح من نفسه ازعجني طول الليل

جلست في حديقة الشاي طلبت سلطة سيزر و شاي احمر اسعارهم مرتفعة بس مو على جودة السلطة يعني اذا الطبق يستاهل ممكن يشفع للسعر المرتفع الدجاج قليل مرة في السلطة و الصوص غريب ما عجبني الجلسات والاطلالة حلوة بس ما اعيد التجربة الصراحة

فندق جميل وموقعه رائع مقابل الحرم النبوي مباشرة، وأكثر ما أعجبني حسن تعامل الموظفين والموظفات السعوديين الذين قابلتهم ، كان تعاملهم راقٍ ومميز يدعو للفخر والاعتزاز. وأخص بالشكر الأستاذة منى (موظفة الاستقبال) على مبادرتها واهتمامها في حل المشكلة التي واجهتني في الحجز، وحرصها على معالجتها بسرعة وفي وقت قياسي ، كان تعاملها في قمة الرقي والاحترافية.Lire la suite
كما أشكر المشرفة الأستاذة عليا على اهتمامها بالضيوف ومتابعتها لجودة الخدمة وحرصها على راحتهم. ولا أنسى المطعم، فقد كانت تجربة الطعام مميزة من حيث جودة الأكل وتنوع الأصناف وحسن الخدمة ، وأخص بالشكر مدير المطعم الأستاذ محمود الأردني، والأستاذ موفق الشريف على حسن استقبالهم واهتمامهم براحة الضيوف فلهم مني كل الشكر والتقدير. تجربة جميلة ولله الحمد، وبإذن الله تتكرر الزيارة، وأنصح بالفندق وبكل ثقة. 🌹

كل شيء ممتاز ولكن ليش مواقف الفندق ب 100 ريال اليوم... المواقف مرافق يعني خدمة... بكرة تقول لي المصعد ب 50 والسلم المتحرك ب 10... والباقي ممتاز
