⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had a wonderful stay at The Venue Al Harithia Hotel in Madinah! Its convenient location near the Prophet’s Mosque made our visit especially comfortable. The peaceful, welcoming atmosphere made it a lovely place to rest and enjoy our time in this blessed city. Thank you to the hotel team for a memorable stay. We would happily return!

Terrible Experience – No Peace, No Sleep! The drilling and hammering noises have made it impossible to sleep. I am traveling today for Umrah and desperately needed some rest before my journey, but the hotel has completely failed to provide a peaceful environment. Guests should be informed in advance about any noisy construction work. This is extremely frustrating and unacceptable. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing stay.

This time I was looking for closest to women's entrance. My agency gave this hotel. We got suit room based. Service was excellent. Only lacking no fridge. The best part it's really closest to Masjid Al Nawabi and women entrance. I love their breakfast menu. Their customer service at all phases are good. Wish to stay back at the same hotel if I'll ever go to Madinah.

The location is very convenient, just a short walk from Masjid Nabawi. The food was delicious, and we really enjoyed every meal. There’s also an escalator that takes you directly from the lobby to the restaurant, which makes it very convenient. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely come back again, InshaAllah.

I am right now staying at Al Harithia Hotel. Staff is very very cooperative. Their house keeping team is just a call away and they are there always on their toes to help you. Food, it's amazing here like the breakfast 😋 Relationship manager Fatima and Reem and other managers are all soooo cooperative and from day 1 I got the msg on my WhatsApp to make sure things are going great and it actually…Read more
went soo smooth. The team also on my request shifted me to another room as I'm with my mom and sister. Love the team effort and how well they made my mom so comfortable. The only issue was the distance of Masjid and the rooms.

During our 5 day Umrah stay at this hotel, my family and I found this hotel to be in the most ideal location in Madinah, Alhamdulillah. It was very easy, convenient and hospitable for us to engage in our prayers & ibadat, shopping, eating as well as site seeing. I would highly recommend people get the breakfast buffet option included in their itinerary.Read more
There was a lot of variety and high quality food in our opinion and very worth it. Alhamdulillah, the hotel staff and service was amazing. We got very good support from the front desk, the guest relations office and especially the room service staff members. They were all very kind and friendly, and tended to our needs as if they were urgent Alhamdulillah, especially the room service staff Muzammel and Siam. These two service staff members were very helpful and were always there to help you with a smile.

Excellent location, very close to the Ladies’ Gate, and excellent value for money. The breakfast was very good, and all the staff members were extremely professional and welcoming — from reception to housekeeping and concierge. Overall, a 10/10 experience! A special shout-out to the housekeeping staff, especially Mr. Muhammad Mammon, and to the bellman, Shams Ul Islam, for their exceptional service and hospitality. Highly recommended!

I had an incredible stay at this hotel with my family, and it truly blew us away. Even though I was a bit hesitant at first because of the management and name changes, our experience turned out to be exceptional right from check-in. The location right in front of Gate 328 is unbeatable, and having a supermarket adjacent to the property was super convenient.Read more
The hotel itself is immaculate, featuring a grand lobby, spacious rooms, and fast elevators. The hospitality here is on another level; Lojain from guest relations was remarkably kind and consistently checked on us to ensure our stay was comfortable. They offer such thoughtful gestures for everyone returning from prayers, including refreshing cold towels and chilled juices after Zuhr, and traditional kahwa with dates after Maghrib. On top of that, having wheelchairs directly on the room floors made getting around so effortless for our elderly family members. The breakfast spread was fantastic, and the staff was always warm and attentive. Highly recommended, and we will certainly be back!

Right near the prophet mosque. Great service. Great rooms. Great buffets. There is so much you could say about this place. They have free WiFi, a gym, multiple restaurants/buffets etc. In general, a luxury hotel for those who want to get a great experience.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel from 1st August to 6th August. From the moment we arrived, all the staff were incredibly welcoming, helpful, and created such a warm and friendly atmosphere. A special thank you to Shakib, Mamoun, and Aous-Mia for looking after our room so well.Read more
I have to apologise as my daughter managed to make quite a mess every day, but they always cleaned everything with a smile and never made us feel like it was a problem. Their housekeeping was exceptional. One day I simply asked if the floor could be hoovered, but they went above and beyond by changing all the towels, emptying the bins, restocking everything, and leaving the room spotless. Their attention to detail and genuine kindness really stood out. Thank you to the whole team for making our stay so enjoyable. We truly felt looked after and had a wonderful experience. We would happily stay here again and, Inshaa'Allah, we'll be back the next time we visit.
