The emplacement was very Good, 5 minutes from the Haram. The Service was amazing, the Staff was vert reactive to our needs. There was a slight problem with the shower, but the Staff was followed up quickly. Great Hotel overall.

Really disappointed with the wheelchair accessibility during our stay from 20th to 25th October. My wife is disabled and relies on her wheelchair to get around, so getting to the Haram was already difficult enough. The route involved going down a steep hill near the coach and taxi drop-off area and then all the way around the building.Read more
On the fourth day, things got even worse when we found the footpath had been dug up. We had no practical way of getting to the Haram with the wheelchair. I went to reception for help, but the staff weren't even aware of the work taking place, and the only suggestion they could offer was to take a taxi. Honestly, that's not good enough. We chose to stay here partly because of the location, and being able to get to the Haram was a big part of our trip. Having that access taken away, with no proper alternative or assistance offered, was extremely disappointing. I understand that building works happen, but there should be proper planning and a safe, accessible alternative for disabled guests. Reception staff should also be kept informed so they can actually help when issues like this arise. If you're a wheelchair user, I'd honestly think twice before booking this hotel. Accessibility is very limited in practice, and getting around can be challenging, especially when trying to reach the Haram. A hotel of this standard and location should be doing much better for guests with disabilities. I hope management takes this seriously and makes the necessary improvements.

ما يميزه أنه لا ينتظر أن تطلب منه المساعدة بشكل مباشر، بل يبادر من تلقاء نفسه، ويتابع التفاصيل ويحرص على أن تسير الأمور بسلاسة وراحة للنزيل. هذا النوع من الموظفين هو الذي يصنع الفرق الحقيقي في تجربة الضيف، ويعكس صورة مشرفة عن الفندق ومستوى الخدمة فيه. وبصراحة، شعرت بوجود فرق واضح بين أسلوب غسان في المبادرة والاهتمام، وبين بعض التجارب الأخرى التي واجهت فيها تأخيرًا في تلبية الطلبات أو الحاجة إلى المتابعة أكثر من مرة. كل الشكر لغسان على أخلاقه العالية وروحه الإيجابية وشغفه بعمله، وأتمنى أن يحظى بالتقدير الذي يستحقه، لأنه نموذج للموظف الذي يجعل النزيل يشعر بأنه محل اهتمام وليس مجرد رقم في الفندق. شكرًا هيلتون مكة، وشكرًا بشكل خاص للأستاذ غسان على هذه الروح الرائعة. أتمنى لكم دوام التوفيق والتميز.
