Over the years I have stayed at numerous hotels across the world but I must say that the level of cooperation and flexibility shown by this hotel has been truly exceptional. My travel plans changed several times and on every occasion the hotel accommodated my requests without any hesitation or inconvenience.Read more
What impressed me even more was that upon check-in I informed them that we needed to shorten our stay by one night. Not only did they accept the last-minute change without any hassle but they also graciously agreed to refund the charges for the unused night. The room itself was absolutely fabulous and extremely spacious. It was beautifully maintained and offered a wonderful level of comfort which made our stay even more enjoyable. Such understanding and customer-centric service is rare to find in the hospitality industry. It is truly refreshing to come across a hotel that not only offers excellent accommodation but also values guest satisfaction over rigid policies. A big thank you to the entire team for making our experience so pleasant and hassle-free. This is the kind of hospitality that earns genuine loyalty and makes guests want to return.

Read more

Dar Al Taqwa consistently delivers an unmatched experience, blending its unbeatable, world-class location in Madinah with genuinely exceptional service. Every single member of the team made our stay wonderful—from the welcoming reception staff and efficient housekeeping to the attentive room service team, the waiters, and the helpful assistants stationed near the lifts.Read more
I want to extend a special thank you to the lady at the reception during my checkout. Her kindness in granting us a late checkout was greatly appreciated. It is exactly this kind of professional and accommodating attitude that keeps us coming back year after year! The only area that genuinely needs attention is the culinary experience. The breakfast buffet needs to be elevated to match the high luxury level of the hotel, as it currently falls short. Additionally, the lunch we ordered via room service also needs better care and quality control. Aside from the food, everything else about our stay was absolutely perfect. We look forward to returning soon!

Read more
