Excellent experience and so close to the haram. Exec lounge was great and we well catered for and service excellent. Mohammed (Rahad) was particularly attentive and always greeted us with a smile, whilst providing excellent service.

The hotel itself is amazing, and I have been staying at the Conrad since 2018. Usually, the staff are extremely accommodating, which is why this experience was so disappointing. This time, the service at reception was honestly unacceptable. I completely understand that the official check-in time is 4:00 PM.اقرأ المزيد
However, in previous years, whenever a room became available earlier, the staff would happily allow us to check in. This time, we were repeatedly told that our only option was to pay for an upgrade or wait until 4:00 PM. What bothered us most was not the check-in policy itself, but the condescending and dismissive tone every time we asked. The response was essentially, “Check-in is at 4:00, and there is nothing you can do about it,” unless we agreed to upgrade. Even simply calling reception to politely ask whether the room might be ready seemed to be treated as an inconvenience. I am not sure whether the hotel is under new management or whether the receptionist was a new hire, but this is the first time since 2018 that we have been treated this way. Conrad has always stood out to us because of its hospitality and accommodating service, so I truly hope this experience was an exception and not a reflection of a change in standards.

Very good location, and the room cleaning service was excellent. I would especially like to recognize Mohd Aaqib for providing very good and friendly service. Unfortunately, my experience with the front desk was very disappointing. I am a Diamond member, yet it took approximately 30 minutes to check in.اقرأ المزيد
We were initially checked in without key cards because we were told that the key-card machine was not working and that we should return in two hours to collect our cards. When I returned, the staff member handling the issue had a very poor attitude. He spent approximately 15 minutes looking at the computer screen just to find my name, and when I asked questions, he did not provide helpful answers and continued to behave in an unfriendly manner. What concerned me even more was how other guests were handled at the same time. Two other families were checking in, and the staff member asked them to take their luggage and accompanied all three families to different floors—2, 3, and 8—at the same time. We stopped on the second floor while he took the first family and their luggage to their room, and we were expected to hold the elevator. Several minutes later, he came back and took us to the third floor, while asking the other guest to wait in the elevator. I don't necessarily blame the front-desk employees alone. I believe management and supervisors need to pay much closer attention to how the front desk operates and how guests are treated. The front desk is the first point of contact for guests and represents the hotel. Guests, especially loyal members, should receive professional, respectful, and efficient service. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and provides better supervision and training for the front-desk team.

Amazing service received from faris in the executive lounge during dinner time. He made me and my family feel so welcome that I won’t ever hesitate to stay at this hotel again. Amazing customer service received which left me highly impressed.

I had a wonderful experience at Conrad Hotel! The atmosphere was lovely, and the service was excellent. A special thanks to Rawan Ahmed for her warm welcome, professionalism, and kindness. She was incredibly friendly, attentive, and made us feel truly welcomed. Her positive attitude and excellent hospitality really stood out and made our experience even better.

صراحه أقيم المكان فوق الميه من بدايه الفندق الترحيب من العامل الي عند الباب كلهم بشوشين وبعدين للاستقبال كلهم ما قصرو اخص بالشكر للأستاذ محمد القطان ما قصر ،غير الضيافه والنظافه، ماشاءالله المكان يشرح الصدر والمطعم كان شامل خدمه واكل ونظافه حتى العمال حق التنظيف يعطيهم العافيه حسيت نفسي VIP حتى موظف الاستقبال عند اللاونج كمال ما قصر أبدا أسلوب ورقي تبارك الرحمن كلمه شكرا ما تكفيهم صراحه 🤍

I had a wonderful stay at Conrad Makkah Hotel! Rooms, service, staff, breakfast, everything was absolutely amazing. Great location close to haram. I would definitely love to stay here again! Highly recommended! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Overall experience at the hotel was quite good. Service was best I have received in a Makkah hotel, and have been to several. Room was spacious with great view. Only caveat is that food options for what they were, were very lacklustre and expensive for what we paid. Food is below standard compared to competition.اقرأ المزيد
However, overall, alhamdulilah satisfied with the stay, but if food matters, this hotel may not be for you. I would also like to give special mentions to faris younnes for going above and beyond in his service.

Perfect hotel with truly unbelievable views! My stay at Conrad Makkah was a beautiful experience from beginning to end. One of the highlights was the Executive Lounge, where I was genuinely impressed to discover an evening offering that included a full dinner. A special thank you to Faris at the Executive Lounge for his outstanding hospitality. As a hotelier myself, I know that behind every great team is great leadership, and this is something I could truly feel throughout my stay. The thoughtful in-room amenities arranged by the General Manager were another lovely touch that added to an already exceptional experience. Having stayed at several Conrad hotels, I can confidently say that the view from Suite 1132 is simply breathtaking. Thank you, Conrad Makkah, for such a memorable experience.

Alhamdulillah, I’m truly grateful for Faris’ kindness and thoughtfulness. Seeing me came to executive lounge with my two boys, especially my little one. فندق راقي جميل وسيع مريح نظيف بكل ماتعنيه الكلمه ندمت جدا اني كنت اسكن فمكان غيره السنوات الماضيه أحب أشكر الامن رائد وايضا الامن الذين يقومون بتوصيل الشنط لايحضر لي اساميهم أسأل الله العلي العظيم اني يعطيهم حتى يرضيهم جميع الموظفين بالفندق من استقبال وامن خصوصا الولد الي لابس ثوب اسود وايضا مريم الخثعمي وايضا الذي يعمل الحلا باللوبي يعملون بكل ذمه وضمير أتمنى من القلب ان المسؤل عنهم يكرمهم ولايفرط بهم أبدا تجربه اسطوريه 🤍

Brilliant hotel which ticks all the right boxes! This was our 2nd time staying here as a family with 2 kids (15yr, 9yr) and in all our future Umrah trips also Insha’Allah we will definitely stay here again. I was able to maximise my prayers and worship in the Mataaf as it is a 5 mins walk to Gate 79; no rush at the lifts hence making it the better choice opposed to clock tower area and easy regular access to prayer times in masjid haram and back; breakfast was excellent and the ease of having basic food in the executive lounge for lunch/dinner allowed us to focus on our worship and prayers rather than having to go buy food from outside and stand in long lines. Kids were kept busy, after they performed their umrah, with in-hotel events (evening Churros; macaroon decorating classes) so I could just leave them safely in the hotel while I go prayed. Alhamdolillah. The rooms were spacious and very clean with Byredo toiletries and super helpful housekeeping. Special mention to the hotel manager, Mr. Mohammad Ali Aqil for his warm welcome and hospitality throughout our stay. I have no doubt that under such amazing management this hotel will prosper further. Jazak’Allah Khairun Conrad Jabal Omar, until next time!

Her şeyiyle 4/4’lük bir otel. 4 gece konakladık ve sunulan hizmetten çok memnun kaldık. Otelin konumu çok iyi. 79 numaralı kapıya birkaç dakika yürüme mesafesin ki bu kapı ana kapılardan bir tanesi. Otel odaları temiz ve geniş. Kahvaltısı ise Türk’lerin damak tadına uyabilecek çeşitlikte. Personeller çok ilgili. Erken giriş için ve diğer birçok konuda yardımcı oluyorlar.

We had a lovely stay at Conrad . Highly recommend this hotel as this has been our 3rd time coming here . Fantastic team , and special thanks and prayers to Yasser for looking after me and my family during our stay . Sarah in the breakfast area was also lovely and shaheen from housekeeping did an excellent job. Also highly recommend the executive lounge .. great quality food and hospitable staff .
