My personal conclusion: 1. This hotel—or at the very least, certain individuals within it—provided substandard service, which effectively amounts to a lack of respect toward the Indonesian tour group; this was further evidenced by the fact that the 41 members of our group were provided with floor mats (bath mats) to use as towels. 2.اقرأ المزيد
This hotel—or at the very least, certain individuals within it—provided unequal service, specifically toward the Indonesian tour group, when compared to the service provided to tour groups from other countries. I attempted to provide feedback by meeting with the hotel manager, but I was simply handed a blank sheet of paper—not an official feedback or complaint form—on which to write my concerns. I truly hope the hotel management will change and show respect toward tour groups from Indonesia; Indonesians are known for their friendliness and, driven by a deep desire to perform acts of worship in the Holy Land, often overlook the fact that the service standards they receive fall short of what they paid for back home. Thank you.
