Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour au Pullman Zamzam Madinah. L’hôtel est très, très bien situé, juste à côté de la mosquée du Prophète, Al-Masjid an-Nabawi, à seulement deux minutes à pied. C’est vraiment très pratique, surtout pour les prières. Nous avons également beaucoup apprécié le calme de l’hôtel ainsi que la très belle vue depuis la chambre.Baca lagi
L’emplacement est idéal, car l’hôtel est entouré de nombreux commerces, d’épiceries et de souks où l’on peut facilement acheter des cadeaux et de souvenirs pour la famille. Un excellent hôtel, très bien situé et parfaitement adapté pour un séjour à Médine. Nous le recommandons sans hésiter !

Ein ganz besonderer Dank gilt Herrn Hisham Moawad (Guest Experience) für seinen herausragenden Service und seine grossartige Unterstützung. Seine Professionalität und Hilfsbereitschaft haben meinen Aufenthalt noch angenehmer gemacht. Für mich ist dieses Hotel weit mehr als nur eine Unterkunft – ich betrachte es als mein zweites Zuhause. Jedes Mal, wenn ich hier übernachte, finde ich absolute Seelenruhe und pure Entspannung. Die Lage ist einfach perfekt, nur wenige Schritte von den Höfen der Prophetenmoschee entfernt. Auch das Frühstücksbuffet war, wie gewohnt, hervorragend. Ich war rundum glücklich und freue mich schon jetzt unglaublich auf meinen nächsten Aufenthalt und darauf, bald wieder hierher zurückzukehren!"

Très bel emplacement proche du masjid et de l’entrée 303. Bcp de commerce à proximité. Le service en chambre est impeccable. Le ménage y est fait tous les jours et de manière impeccable. Le personnel de ménage est disponible et très professionnelle.

Excellent customer service by Maya. She was very welcoming and hospitable. All front desk staff were excellent. Location is 3 minute walk to Al Masjid al Nabawi. Breakfast unfortunately didn’t cut it for us, we were assigned to the breakfast area that looked like I was eating at my basement college eating area. Food was stale also.

Woukd have given 5 star review but for a couple off issues. 1. The hotel expects check out at 12noon. However, if you are travelling abroad and your flight is not until the evening, the hotel will not hold your luggage for you. Other hotels in Makkah and Madinah will do this. 2. This is what really annoyed me. I had booked a 4 night stay at the hotel. Non-refundable.Baca lagi
My flight was late by 11 hours. When I got to the hotel they had cancelled my booking due to no show. This cannot happen, I paid for 4 nights, my room should have been available for 4 nights on the dates I booked them. Regardless if I show up or not. My paid for room should have been empty, for the duration of the payment, as I had paid for it. They cannot cancel my booking, there was not contact from them, they did not bother to contact me, they did not even contact me to refund my money. This is unacceptable from a hotel that provides a 5*-service.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Amazing Experience at Pullman Zamzam Madinah The hospitality was excellent, and I would especially like to thank Chef Fatima Merrakchia for her kindness, warm welcome, and outstanding hospitality. Wasn’t great experience with the employee who worked at the hotel and issue with the room we booked. One of restroom has hose leaking into the floor. I asked to fix it more than one time and the other bathroom. The shower wasn’t working. And one of the guys walking at the front desk he was in polite and he was making jokes when I was in the elevator with him make me to be late at the time I was…Baca lagi

Un magnifique hôtel, luxueux, confortable et idéalement situé ! Le Pullman Zamzam Madina se trouve à seulement 150 mètres du Masjid Al-Nabawi, un véritable bonheur de pouvoir se rendre aussi facilement à la mosquée pour les prières. L’hôtel est parfaitement entretenu, des chambres aux espaces communs. On s’y sent bien, dans un cadre élégant et agréable. Un séjour qui rend cette belle expérience à Médine encore plus spéciale. Je recommande vivement cet hôtel ! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Cinq étoiles amplement méritées !

Excellent stay at Zamzam Pullman! The day view was fantastic, and the spacious suite was a real highlight, offering plenty of room and comfort. The location and overall experience were great. However, the rooms are quite outdated and would benefit from refurbishment to bring them up to modern standards. With some renovations, this hotel could offer an even better experience. Overall, a very enjoyable stay.

كان الجناح كبير، لكن النظافة كانت سيئة جدًا. كان فيه شعر تحت المرحاض، وأغراض في الخزانة ما تخصنا، وأدوات وسخة. لما حاولت أتصل بخدمة الغرف، التلفون ما كان يشتغل. حاولت أشغّله بكل الطرق، لكن بدون فايدة. بعدها طلعت من الغرفة عشان أكلم عمال النظافة، وحتى هم حاولوا يتجاهلوني. لما كلمتهم، قالوا إنهم بيصلحونه بعدين. مرّت ساعة ولا صار شيء.Baca lagi
رحت للاستقبال وشرحت لهم المشكلة، وقالوا إنهم بيرسلون أحد، لكن بالنهاية ما أحد جاء. فطنّشت الموضوع. لكن ثاني يوم، نزلت أفطر في قسم الإفطار الخاص بالأعضاء، اللي كنت حاجز فيه، وقالوا لي إن اسمي مو مسجّل عندهم. ما كنت أبي أسوي مشكلة، فسألتهم وش الفرق بينه وبين الإفطار العادي. كل اللي قالوه إن قسم الأعضاء أهدأ وبس. بعد ما شفت اللي عندهم، رحت للإفطار العادي، وكانت الريحة كريهة والأكل وصخ ومقرف لدرجة إني رحت آكل فطور من KFC بدلًا منه. وش أقول بعد أكثر من كذا… ما أنصح فيه أبدًا!!

Wij zijn een familie van 6 en we hebben 4 nachten overnacht in dit hotel. Wij hebben een topervaring gehad: een warm welkom bij aankomst, de kamers waren netjes, schoon en ruim, de mensen van de cleaning service waren enorm vriendelijk en deden hun werk top, de mensen van het restaurant waren zeer vriendelijk.Baca lagi
Al met al een zeer positieve ervaring en een heel warme ontvangst wat erg overeenkomt met de mooie stad Madinah waar we ons in bevonden. Voor twee van ons was dit de tweede keer in dit hotel en het is ook nu zeker weer voor herhaling vatbaar! PS: het zou handig zijn als vrouwen op de hoogte gebracht zouden worden van de kortere wandelroute naar de vrouwenkant van de moskee vanaf Elevators C. Hier kwam ik namelijk pas deze keer per toeval achter en het scheelt enorm veel lopen (vooral voor ouderen).

am?azing hotel situated at best location opposite to Roza .easy access for riazul.jannah and Roza e Rasool saww for Salam. services are outclass , sufficient lifts always available when we push button. very well trained staff and reception .All type of restaurants are available in museum near hotel.

Very good guys and clean very well. Hospitable guy Mr Shahadat Pradhan. Nice hotel room 475 and the guys clean every day. I will recommend this Zamzam Pullmann to every guest coming to Madina. I have spent 4 days here and it was one of the best stays i had. The management and house keeping was excellent. It was a 10/10

Very close to the Haram, it’s literally 3mins if you want to get to Raudah. Rooms are new and the buffet has a good spread. What’s hilarious is that two staff at the buffet (Nihal and Ragad) took our order for coffee and other drinks as soon as we sat down. We felt very pampered

Un super séjour à l’hôtel Pullman. Les chambres sont propres mais c’est surtout le service qui justifie les 5 étoiles. Ils sont au petit soin que ce soit le service de chambre, le petit déjeuner (nous avons été super bien servie par Nihal RAGAB). Un repas nous a également été offert par leur service d’invite du jour. Idéalement situé de la mosquée et des musées. Le quartier est sympa avec beaucoup de commerces (juste des vendeurs un peu trop intrusif). Très belle expérience pour ce voyage
