After such a long and exhausting journey, we truly appreciated how efficient, accommodating, and welcoming they were. They made sure we had everything we needed and that nothing was missing. The daily breakfast is another highlight of our stay, with a great variety of options to choose from. From the enterance it is already top notch smooth service. Unfortunatelly i dont know their names. There is always a sister behind the computer that is everyday very welcoming and also some brothers in suits also extremly welcoming.
The entire breakfast team is professional, kind, attentive, and incredibly helpful. They are always welcoming, never seem bothered by requests, and often anticipate your needs before you even have to ask.
We have been staying here for almost a week, and we would especially like to thank Mohamed Rashid and Tawheed! They have made our mornings so much better with their kindness, attentiveness, and willingness to help. Despite clearly working very hard, they remain patient, cheerful, and accommodating. The hotel itself is excellent, and its location is unbeatable. It is less than a minute's walk from the Haram, which makes it incredibly convenient. The entrances to the mosque are also very practical and accessible for both sisters and brothers.
We highly recommend this hotel and will gladly return whenever we visit again, insha'Allah. The exceptional staff, comfortable rooms, excellent breakfast, and convenient location make it a wonderful place to stay.
