للاسف ما مخيب للامال لم احصل على الغرفه المطلوبه وكانو يشتغلون صيانه في الفندق باليل من الساعه ١٠ مساء الى ساعه ٣ صباحاً ماقدرت انام بسبب الصوت المزعج مافيه تجاوب من الموظفين والصباح ازعاج بسبب ارض جنب الفندق يهدون جبل ويبنون فندق. ماراح ترتاح بليل صيانه في الفندق وبنهار صوت لازعاج بسبب الاعمال.

She kindly upgraded my experience by offering me a room with a beautiful view of the Makkah Clock Tower, which made my stay even more special. The room was comfortable and well equipped with everything needed for a pleasant stay. One of the most beautiful things was being able to hear the Imam’s prayer from the room, which was truly a fantastic experience. The location is also excellent, just around a 5 minute walk from Al-Masjid Al-Haram, making it very convenient for prayers. Overall, the hospitality, service, and location were outstanding. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Makkah. Thank you to the entire team, especially the wonderful manager, for making my stay so memorable! ❤️

قريب من الحرم - الفندق يبعد خمس دقايق مشي عن الحرم دورات المياه ممتازه ونظيفه متوفر غلاية ماء الفندق يوفر ماء معلبة مجانية للغرف الغرفة نظيفه ومرتبة الأسرة و المساند ممتازه ونظيفة كل شيء بالفندق ١٠/١٠ — انصح فيه المشكلة/ حجم الغرفة الرباعية صغير جداً

جيد جدا قريب من الحرم لكن يوحد تأخير بالاستلام الغرف الغرقة نظيفة ومريحة لكن ما فيك تنام من الاصوات الاعمال قرب القندق مزعج جدا جدا لا يعلمون ان يوجد معتمرين متعبين يريدون راحة وسكينة

Hotel bintang 4 yang memang terasa bintang 4 standar Indonesia. Ada juga tempat sholat connect ke masjid. Jarak dekat sekali tinggal nyebrang sudah sampai plataran dengan harga jauh lebih murah dari hotel plataran.

Right beside the hotel heavy machineies are breaking Mountain. Unbearable noice starts at 7 in morning. Dont book stay here atleast for now. Staff will not help you at all if you request room change away from it. Oct 2026.

استاجرت في فندق قريب منه في أجياد جايبين عمال نفسيات واستبدلته بهذا وكان قرار موفق الحمد لله ، استقبال جيد عمال ممتازين قريب من الحرم مطعم ممتاز

Je suis dans cet hôtel depuis 5jours, et je suis très agréablement surprise. L'hôtel est très proche du haram environ 10 min à pieds, tres propre un grand bravo au personnel et surtout à Tareeq qui réponds toujours Présent avec un grand sourire.اقرأ المزيد
L'hôtel est calme, le buffet du petit dej très varié et surtout à la sortie de l'établissement vous avez pleins de taxis et une gare de bus, ce qui vous permet de vous déplacer facilement. Je recommande vivement et y reviendrons dès que possible. Je ne changerai plus d'hôtel à la Mecque.

- Kamar lumayan oke walaupun sempit kalau untuk 4 orang - Pelayanan antara pihak resepsionis hotel dan pihak resto tidak sinkron, banyak jamaah tidak makan karena barcode tidak terbaca. Sudah bolak-balik urus kartu barcode makan tapi tetap saja tidak terbaca atau kartu sudah digunakan - Menu makanan monoton - lokasi lumayan dekat sekitar 10menit ke masjidil haram

I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Royal Majestic. The room was amazing, very clean, and comfortable, with excellent bathroom facilities and amenities. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful. The housekeeping team and supervisor were also very professional. تجربة لا انصح بها نهائياً استهتار من طرف الموظفين للاسف و اتصلنا قبل لنسأل عن هل هو مريح لمعتمر بكرسي متحرك قالو نعم بغير مصداقيه الدخول اليه يلزم مساعده شخصين لجر الكرسي المتحرك و في مكة اكيد غير مجاني خدمه الغرف سيء جدااااا طلبت غذاء اتصلت انتظر بعد ساعه عاودت الاتصال قالو نسينا نعلمكمانه غير موجود نزلت للمطعم قالت روحي للاستقبال و حاسبي بعدين تعالي ، لا يوجد تنظيف يومي للغرف قريب نعم لكن لا انصح به

الغرف نظيفه الفندق قريب من الحرم 5 دقائق مشي الطريق الى الحرم مستقيم في طلعة صغيرة للفندق ومن الباب الآخر درج بسيط الخدمة نوعا ما جيدة. لكن كان حجزنا غرفة ثنائية عن طريق موقع اجودا و عند وصولنا أخبرنا الموظف أنه لا يوجد غرف ثنائية متاحة لذلك عرض علينا غرفة رباعية والتي فقط كانت متاحة نحن رفضنا وطلبنا غرفة ثنائية أو خصم أو فطور مجاني وبعد مناقشة طويلة أعطانا فطور مجاني مقابل الخطأ…اقرأ المزيد

The location is the main advantage, especially for the price range. It’s about a 10–12 minute walk from King Abdul Aziz Gate, and the best part is that there’s no uphill or downhill walking, which was my main priority this time. The reception staffs were warm and helpful, and the rooms were decent enough for the price. Overall, it’s a good option.

We had a wonderful experience during our stay at this hotel. We stayed on the 5th floor, and our housekeeper, Arman, was absolutely amazing. Arman was always incredibly kind, respectful, helpful, and professional. Whenever we needed anything, he was there right away and always helped us promptly.اقرأ المزيد
He regularly checked in with us to make sure we had everything we needed and that everything was okay. He was very attentive, reliable, and punctual throughout our entire stay. He also did an excellent job cleaning our room. Everything was always very clean, organized, and well taken care of. You can really tell that he takes pride in his work and genuinely cares about making sure his guests are comfortable and happy. What stood out to us the most was how consistently helpful and thoughtful he was. No matter what we needed or what question we had, Arman was always happy to help. We are leaving the hotel very grateful for everything he did for us. Arman truly made our stay more comfortable and enjoyable, and he is a wonderful member of the hotel staff. He absolutely deserves recognition for his excellent service. Thank you so much, Arman, for taking such great care of us! We really appreciate everything you did. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

الفندق حلو من ناحية القرب للحرم و الغرفه نظيفه و مرتبه لكن فيه امور مزعجه تخرب على الايجابيات في الفندق مثل الدرج غير آمن يحتاج لتعديل و يرهق كبار السن بالاضافه الى ان تجمعات النزلاء الاندونيسين يجلسون على الدرج ويدخنون يضايقون الداخل والطالع من الفندق ، وازعاجهم بالاسياب اخر الليل سواليف اتمنى تغيير للافضل لكسب عملائكم
