2 hadi 3 yıldız diyelim bir nutfak,ellerinden geleni yapmaya çalışan ama idarecilerin kısıtlamalarından dolayı mahcup gezen çalışanlar.... bir kağıt bardağa "kalmadı" diyebilecek kadar düşük seviye....Herhalde Müslümanlara kaliteyi layık görmüyor HİLTON yöneticileri...çünkü dünyada bir çok hilton otelde kaldım bu kadar seviyesiz ve küçültücü olanını görmedim... bin kere YUH

Madinah Hilton is one of my favorite hotels whenever I visit Madinah. I would especially like to recognize Mr. Mohamed, the Operations Manager, and the restaurant team members, Mr. Abdulrahman, Mr. Ehsan, Mr. Omran, and Mutaz Mukhtar, for their outstanding service. Honestly, everyone I have encountered or interacted with at this hotel has been exceptional. I only wish I could remember everyone's name so I could recognize them individually. Their professionalism, kindness, and genuine hospitality make every stay special. I sincerely appreciate the entire team and look forward to returning to Madinah Hilton on my future visits to Madinah. Thank you to the entire team for making my stays so enjoyable!

غرف ازعاج شديد... اصوات تمنع الراحة لكبار السن...مع الاسف ادارة الفندق غير متعاونة في استبدال الغرف رغم توفرها خدمة سيئة لا انصح احد يحجز عندهم

للأسف، كانت تجربة الإقامة متعبة جدًا بسبب الإزعاج المستمر. الغرف غير هادئة، وهناك صوت مزعج قريب من الغرف لا يتوقف، مما جعل النوم والراحة أمرًا صعبًا للغاية. بدلًا من الاستمتاع بالرحلة والراحة بعد يوم طويل، أصبح إزعاج الفندق هو أكثر ما أتعبنا خلال الرحلة.

اجراءات الدخول سيئه جلسنا إلى 4 ونص ننتظر لو مارحنا لهم وسألنا ولاكان خلونا للمغرب يمكن للأمانه خدمة الغرف الاكل الفطور العشاء كان ممتاز الموظفين بالبوفيه ممتازين وخدومين ونفسهم رحبه وماانسى الموظف معتز خدمنا خدمه رائعه في بوفيه الفطور ربي يسعده ..Baca lagi
والشيء اللي خلاني اخذ موقف منهم وماافكر ارجع للهليتون من غير شر الاستقبال لما كلمني الساعه 1 الا ربع تونا جايين من الشمس الحاره ومصلين بالساحه صلاة للجمعه يقول طلعوا قلتله تو جايين من الصلاه وبعدين انتوا دخلتونا متاخر مره قال طيب بعطيكم الى 1 ونص تعويض حتى اسلوبه كان سيء الله يصلحه مهما كان عنده ضغوط مايعامل النزيل كذا ع طول سويت شيك اوت ورحت فندق جنبه كثر ماانا زعلت من الاسلوب والكلام ذا ع الاقل يكون الاسلوب لطيف الاستقبال زحمه مره مافيه خدمه سريعه للنزيل وعلى فكره مش رخيص الهليتون ابد مفروض المعامله تكون مميزه لنا النظافه كويسه الاثاث شوي قديم بس كما قلت معاملة موظفين خدمة الغرف والبوفيه الفطور والعشاء ممتازين

Excellent quick checkin, my suite room 520 with partial haram view also had beautiful views of Mount Uhud. Windows are huge. Room itself is very big with ample room for a family of 3 or 4. It felt bigger than Sofitel junior suite accross as the layout is more roomy. Also rooms are bright and Well furnished with excellent amenities. Hilton beds and pillows are something of a kind, very comfy.Baca lagi
Wifi was fast enough but we did face a hickup or two at times. Concierge and front desk staff are very cordial. Badar at concierge is a jolly good fellow very courteous, helpful with our luggage, and gave us a prayer timing leaflet Jazakallah. Housekeeper Shakil is a gem of a person and took care of our needs humbly and promptly. Also must mention housekeeping supervisor Zoheb. We had a complaint regarding the comforter/duvet cover not being changed and vacuum not done properly by Mohammed Shami and he went above and beyond rectifying the situation immediately making sure our stay was most comfortable and did followups to ensure everything was taken care of. Truly genuine good hearted staffs. Breakfast staffs at the restaurant are also very inquiring about our needs offering my child freshly squeezed juices and looking after us like we are family. Restaurant also has good view of the haram. Breakfast spread was also good with kids items. Needless to say guest services were top notch and InshaAllah we will definitely come here on our next visit to Madinah.. May Allah SWT bless and take care of them as they have taken such excellent care of is pilgrims. Jazakallah.

احلي فندق بالمدينة بالاسطاف بتاعة احسن اسطاف ممكن تقابلة بحياتك في اي فندق أجمل ابتسامة من الجميع خاصة بالمطعم وأخص بالذكر محمد الخولي احسن مدير مر علية بالفنادق كلها من حيث الاهتمام الغير عادى والاستقبال والابتسامة وتوفير كل ما تريد متوقع وغير متوقع بصراحة حببنا في دخول المطعم كل يوم من عظمة اهتمامي وتحس كل النزلاء علي انسجام معاة بنفس الدرجة بصراحة عامل حالة غير مسبوقة بالمطاعم اتمني ان يكون مثل يحتزى بة ومغيرين الفنادق ياخدوا محمد الخولي مثل اعلي لاخلاق وتصرفات مديرين المطاعم

Le personnel du petit déjeuner (20 octobre) est aux petits soins , bravo, Karak tchaï fraîchement préparé et jus d’orange pressé directement amené à table Merci à vous Les chambres sont en rénovation , on a hâte de voir le résultat L’emplacement est en or , quelques mètres de la mosquée
