The best part was the location, this property is near to Masjid Al Nabwi (ladies side gates). The room was clean and comfortable. The housekeeping staff is very good, Munir bellmen were very prompt. This property is very crowded and you need to wait for lifts, we were on the top floor and the people came up in lifts just to go down again and we had to wait a lot. The addition of coffee sachets would be great.

its very close to Nabawi, and the service is TOP NOTCH. the staffs were quick to respond and treat guests very very well. so friendly, so kind. my previous hotel takes forever to respond to my req but they did it so quickly. the food was also VERY DELICIOUS!!!!!🥹 my room was pretty small for 4 people for us to open our big luggages but the closet they provided really helped us stay organized.اقرأ المزيد
thing that can be improved are the shower curtain and the bed. they can elongate tge curtain so it covers the whole height so the water wont splash out too much when you shower. the bed also needs maintaining since it creaks when we move. overall, very nice stay!!!!🤍

I had a very pleasant stay at Kingsgate Hotel Durrat. The staff were extremely friendly, welcoming and helpful throughout my stay. The room was very clean, comfortable and, most importantly, quiet. Housekeeping and cleaning services were readily available whenever needed. I also felt very safe during my stay, and the hotel provides all the facilities needed for a comfortable visit.اقرأ المزيد
The location is excellent and very convenient. The Sheraton Hotel is right next door, and you can walk to the mosque in a straight line, which made getting there very easy. Overall, I had a very comfortable experience and would happily recommend Kingsgate Hotel Durrat, particularly for anyone looking for a clean, quiet and conveniently located hotel close to the mosque.

Poor cleanliness and false advertising on parking This hotel fell well short on basic cleanliness and honesty about its facilities. The bathroom sinks were clogged, and there was a persistent, unbearable foul smell throughout - a clear hygiene issue that shouldn't exist at any price point. Bedsheets were unclean as well, which is unacceptable for a paying guest.اقرأ المزيد
To make matters worse, the hotel advertises free parking, but there was very limited parking space available on-site compared to the number of rooms. I had to park my car in an open ground roughly 1km away from the hotel, which was both inconvenient and inconsistent with what was promised at booking. Overall, a disappointing stay marked by poor housekeeping standards and misleading amenities. I would not recommend this hotel.
