Hotel bader almasa is an excellent hotel. It offers superb accommodation for those visiting Makkah with the intention of performing Umrah. The service provided is outstanding; housekeeping staff take care of your room, and the hotel is located just 500 meters from Masjid al-Haram.

للاسف الغرف صغيره جدا ومش نفس الصور طلبت من عامل الروم سيرفس فوط مكنش راضي ويقولي روح هاتها من زميلي وزميله يقول نفس الكلام ومش موجود لما زعقت معاهم طلع في فوط كتير جدا معاهم

فندق سي للغاية لا في ميه ولا في غلاية وتليفزيون عطلان ولافي نضافة ولا في صيانة للاسانسير والعاملين فيه مهملين للغاية لا انصح حد به

Staying here during our Umrah was a wonderful experience. The staff were friendly, helpful, and accommodating. The location is conveniently close to the Haram, with all essential facilities nearby. Having transport options to Madinah and Jeddah right at the doorstep made traveling very convenient. Overall it was a comfortable and hassle free stay, I can recommend it to anyone visiting for Umrah.

The staff here was so rude. I just asked if i get room in lower floor because of my infant. And his face was like (you wish), and make chich sound, so rude. And then i asked why chich sound? He said " do you want your room or not" . I was stunned. Just because i am with my wife and child i cant change my hotel at 1 am. It was like he is giving us room for free and we should be greatfull.

Living here right now and the service is so bad. Especially cleaning service for someone with a child it is hard to live here because rooms are not cleaned everyday. I have to sometimes beg them to clean my room and they still don't send someone.

Absolutely disgusting experience at Badr Al Masa. The room was in an unacceptable condition right after check-in. The bed sheets had visible hair and dust, and there was a strong, unpleasant smell coming from the room and its furnishings. Basic cleanliness was clearly not being maintained. When I complained about the condition, the response was essentially, “This is not a five-star hotel.” That is not an excuse for poor hygiene or basic cleanliness. The lift service was also extremely crowded, making it frustrating and inconvenient to get to and from the room. There was practically no service available. No one was at reception when needed, and room service was not answering. Even while checking out, I asked reception if someone could assist with taking my luggage to my vehicle. I was simply told that nobody was available and that I should do it myself. For someone staying in Makkah for Umrah, the last thing you expect is to deal with this level of poor hygiene, unpleasant smell, overcrowded lifts, and lack of basic service. Very disappointing experience. Would not recommend Badr Al Masa.
