Good hotel. Clean .near to the HARAM. The breakfast buffet 10/10 and the staf manager mahmod NABAwi Is so professional and always smiling Md shamim. Has good service. I will come again insha'Allah .

Staff in the Breakfast section, very very friendly. They’re asking me all the time do I want anything extra and that They are very polite, very kind and hard working people I was there for only for 4 days In Medina The waiter, his name is Tarekul Islam ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Ridley shamim ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ tarek ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ This is a most wonderful people I’ve ever met in this hotel. the best hotel to stay close to Prophets Mosque , staff is friendly ,Abdul Hakim , Moinul islam , Yer Hussain , they all were very professional and nice guys, will love to stay again here

Really enjoyed the restaurant at this hotel. The buffet had plenty of choice and everything we tried was very good. Service was quick and welcoming as well. Tareq Husain was especially polite and attentive throughout our visit. Overall, a very pleasant dining experience.

Services impeccable Tarik Hussain et Salih des très gentils serveurs Allahuma barik. Restaurant très bien un séjour super et très bon emplacement à 3 minutes du masjad nabawi. Je vous recommande !
