حجزت الاوتيل قبل ما آجي بيومين ، وصلت الاوتيل الساعة السادسة صباحاً ، ولم استلم الغرفة ، وقالوا لي ان استلام الغرفة ع الساعة السادسة مساءاً ، واضريت لحجز اوتيل اخر . خدمة صفر ، وموظفين استقبال سيئين

Not recommended for older people The hotel may be okay in some ways, but I would not recommend it for older people. Getting around using the bus service can be difficult because there is only one bus available, and it can get extremely crowded. For elderly guests, this can make transportation inconvenient and uncomfortable, especially during busy times.

Understable that it's made to cater for middle-class to lower-class pilgrims who are coming to worship but still, the rooms should be aired in advance, batteries should be replaced in both TV and AC remotes (not one set bitten thoroughly to work for both). Location not bad for commute to Masjid Al Haram and there's shuttle service which moves up and down the street to and from the Masjid.

In hujj season in this hotel stay was superb little distance just 1km from Haram .. rooms were small but no prblm overall everything was fine bathroom was neat & clean after 3 days servant clean rooms on 11 th floor washing machine are semi automatic machine we can wash our clothes dining hall was very big ,a prayer room for men one for ladies .. highly recommended . 🌟🌟🌟🌟✨

This was our 3rd stay within 1 year at Manazel Ajyad Hotel in Makkah. Turki Gazzaz is very kind and we will return for his homely service. The shuttle golf cart service by Mr. Abdullah and Mr. Issa was very good and very helpful. Also many thanks to Manager Musleh for the late check-out. Receptionists Sahar and Shouq were always happy to serve with a smile. We highly recommend this hotel and InshaAllah we will return again.

Unfortunately, my experience with this hotel was overshadowed by the incredibly poor attitude of the Egyptian manager I spoke with. He was disgustingly rude, obnoxious, and arrogant throughout our interaction. The way he spoke to me made me feel as though I was bothering him, that I was annoying him, and quite frankly, as though he simply wanted me out of his face.اقرأ المزيد
There was absolutely no sense of customer care, empathy, or basic customer service. For someone in a managerial position, his attitude and manner were completely unacceptable. Guests should be treated with courtesy, respect, and professionalism, regardless of the circumstances. Sadly, this interaction left a very negative impression of the hotel. Management needs to seriously address the lack of customer service and ensure that staff, especially those in managerial roles, understand how to communicate with and treat guests professionally and they should be provided with a clean, hygienic room. This hotel fell far short on both counts.

I absolutely do not recommend this hotel. We stayed at the hotel for over 15 days, but unfortunately, our experience on our departure day was very poor and unprofessional. The lights/electricity in our room went out at 7:00 AM. We informed reception several times, but no action was taken to resolve the issue.اقرأ المزيد
We also requested to be moved to another room for just a few hours until checkout, but our request was completely ignored. What was even more frustrating was the poor communication with the reception staff. It was very difficult to communicate with them because they didn't speak any language other than Arabic. During this time, we noticed new guests checking into other rooms that were functioning normally, while our problem was left without any attention or serious attempt at resolution. After more than two weeks of staying, we expected a greater level of respect and consideration for our guests. Unfortunately, the way we were treated on our last day gave us a very bad impression of the hotel and ruined our 15-day stay. I will not repeat this experience again, and I do not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for professional customer service or genuine concern for guest comfort.

Great hotel for a 3 star! Reasonable service, stayed during Hajj and hotel was nicely managed! Don't know about the process and all. Has barber shop, prayer area and multiple elevators. Distance from Haram: Towards Haram is down hill so very easy, on your way back it is up hill and a little difficult. Not difficult for a young person, but for elders definitely. Overall, nice experience! Alhamdulillah!

Dirty bathroom & rooms too. Bedsheets wasn't changed from previous guest, bathroom was really dirty full of hair on floor even the bin wasn't changed. Hotel smell is awful & the lobby is full of shops so noisy. I DON'T RECOMMED THAT PLACE AT ALL

Not very good hotel. Lobbies are smelly and you can smell cigratte. There are shops inside the hotel and not very uncomfortable of you are with your family. We had a very unpleasant experience with the shops in the hotel. The shopkeepers acted unprofessionally and made inappropriate remarks towards my wife, which made us feel unsafe and uncomfortable
