I eat at the restaurant el forno and the service was very good. Food on time, the service by mr. Fahad, Sajib and mr. Alaa was top top top. Next time, this is the place where you can eat.

We had a wonderful stay at Hyatt Regency Makkah. The location is excellent, and the breakfast spread was extensive with a wide variety of delicious options to choose from. A special thanks to Mr. Zain, Mr. Sulaeman, Mr. Majeed, and Ms. Maram for their exceptional hospitality. The only small issue we experienced was with the room door, which was a bit difficult to open at times. Apart from that, everything was excellent. Overall, it was an outstanding experience. Whenever we visit Makkah, Jabal Omar Hyatt Regency will always be our first choice. We highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and pleasant stay.

Everything was well organised, and the hospitality made the experience even better. Overall, a fantastic hotel with great service, comfortable rooms, and a welcoming environment. I would definitely recommend Hyatt Regency Makkah to anyone visiting Makkah and would happily stay here again!

Lovely experience at Jabal Omar Hyatt Regency, I wanted to give a special thanks to AbdulBasit one of the housekeepers who made our stay exceptional and deserves all the praise. The hotel is in a great location, within a 2 minute walk from the Haram with lots of restaurants, cafes and malls. I have no complaints

الجو العام زين لكن في اشياء تصير ناقصة من استلم الغرفة ولازم اوقف العامل واطلبها. الأكل ابدا مو جودة ولا انصح فيه ولا يناسب فندق للاسف

biryani), hotel breakfast buffet service was excellent and the Regency Club was great for inbetween meals and mini snacks etc. I would definitely recommend as it was so close to Masjid Al Haram (short walking distance), hotel masjid area aswell, the Souk Al Khalil attached to the c1 level of the hotel was so helpful for souvenirs shopping and food restaurants. Cannot recommend the hotel enough, from check in to check out, all of the staff were all exceptional. Will be referring my friends and family to stay here In Shaa Allah, the amenities and service provided was beyond my expectations.

We had a lovely stay at Hyatt Makkah, and what truly made our experience special was the outstanding service we received from Mosaref Hoosen. His warmth and kindness made us feel less like guests and more like family. In an unfamiliar city, he was truly like a brother to us, and his hospitality made our stay that much more memorable. The breakfast spread was another highlight! There was an excellent variety, with plenty of chefs available and something for everyone. From freshly prepared pancakes and waffles to ice cream, fresh fruit, Asian dishes, delicious pastries, and a wonderful selection of cheeses and charcuterie-style options, everything was well presented and regularly replenished. The location is absolutely fantastic, just a one-minute walk from the Haram. Being able to hear the salaah from our room and see people gathered around the outskirts of the Haram was a beautiful and special experience that added so much to our stay. Overall, we had a wonderful experience at Hyatt Makkah. The excellent location, beautiful breakfast spread and, above all, the genuine care and hospitality of Mosaref made our stay truly memorable. A special thank you to Mosaref Hoosen for treating us like family and making sure we were comfortable throughout our stay. People like him make all the difference, and his kindness will certainly be remembered.

We had a wonderful breakfast experience at Jabal Omar Hyatt Regency Makkah. The breakfast buffet was absolutely delicious, offering an excellent variety of fresh and tasty dishes. We had a really great experience at Al Forno! The waiters were extremely nice, attentive, and made sure we were well taken care of throughout our visit. The food was delicious, especially the Chicken Parmesan and Angus sirloin steak, which were both really good. The mushroom soup was also absolutely delicious! Overall, we really enjoyed our meal and the excellent service. We would definitely recommend Al Forno and look forward to coming back again!

I had dinner at the Al-Forno hotel restaurant, and I really enjoyed the food. Everything was delicious and fresh. I was also very impressed by the service. I was taken care of by three staff members: Fahad, Sajib, and Mr. Alaa. They were all very prompt, attentive, and spoke excellent English, which made the whole experience even more pleasant. I left feeling full and satisfied.

Great location, clean and good service. Rumwan in particular was very helpful and gave great service during breakfast. My only criticism is that the room lights automatically turned on as soon as you open the door to the room - which was a problem if you have kids or others sleeping and you're trying to leave for prayer or another reason. It was very annoying and there was no way to turn off that feature, at least not in our rooms. I hope they address it.

الفندق بينه وبين التوسعه شارع ٢٠ متر فقط غير مطل ع الحرم بسبب وجود فندق دار التوحيد امامه يحجب الحرم عنه الغرف وسيعه الخدمه ممتازه كان في الاستقبال الشيخ نواف الثبيتي مميز تساعد معنا ايضا موجود الشيخه بيان الحربي من المميزين في الفندق الحرس السيكروتي في الفندق كلهم مبتسمين ومتساعدين نقصت نجمه بسبب اسعار الغرف مرتفعه شوي في الوقت غير المزحومه تبدا من ٨٠٠ ريال وقت الذروه ترتفع يقع الفندق داخل مول المول فيه سوبرماركت بن داود والدور الثالث مطاعم كل شي قريب منك
